Today we headed up up north just a little to Calistoga. Calistoga proclaims itself to be more laid back than the other wine country cities. We window shopped and had a nice lunch at a Mexican restaurant.

Calistoga has remade the old railroad station into little shops. Some of the shops are even in the old Western Pacific rail cars.

Ash and I packed a picnic for dinner and we headed down to Music in the Park in St. Helena. We had homemade crab cakes, Ahi tuna steaks, a pineapple and mango salsa, and a bottle of DeTomas Red. It was all really good. The girls ran around, danced, and played on the playground. The band did some covers from Jason Marz to Neil Young. Overall, it was a nice night.
